Necessary transitional measures for applying the provisions of Articles 47 through 47-3 and Article 55 of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act to a disability caused by an injury or illness for which the day on which the person contracted the illness or suffered the injury is before the Effective Date or for which the day of initial examination is before the Effective Date (limited to a disability caused by an injury or illness during a period as a member of a former applicable corporation mutual aid Association) are specified by Cabinet Order.
