Supplementary Provisions, Article 2-2Expansion of the Scope of Applicable Places of Business
第二条の二（適用事業所の範囲の拡大）
With regard to a place of business that is not treated as an applicable place of business of employees' pension insurance because it does not regularly employ five or more persons, the government is to investigate and research efficient measures for making it an applicable place of business, taking into account its relationship with other social insurance systems, and is to promptly take the necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、常時五人以上の従業員を使用しないことにより厚生年金保険の適用事業所とされていない事業所について、他の社会保険制度との関連も考慮しつつ、適用事業所とするための効率的方策を調査研究し、その結果に基づいて、すみやかに、必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
