Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Review
第二条（検討）
The government is to, with a target of three years after this Act comes into effect, taking into consideration the circumstances relating to commercial transactions utilizing information technology after this Act comes into effect, the status of the provision of advertisements by electronic or magnetic means in specified commercial transactions, and other matters, review the measures concerning advertisements by electronic or magnetic means based on the provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions as amended by this Act, and is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
