Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第一条中訪問販売等に関する法律第十九条及び第二十一条第四号の改正規定、第二条の規定、附則第三条中割賦販売法第三十七条第一項の改正規定並びに附則第四条及び第五条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。

この法律の施行前に連鎖販売業を行う者が締結したその連鎖販売業に係る連鎖販売取引についての契約については、新法第十七条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
