第五十三条
With regard to the application of the provisions of the Act on Special Accounts as amended by Article 136 of the Supplementary Provisions to the costs required for the benefits that the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 51 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "expenses for projects to promote social reintegration of workers into society" in Article 99, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "expenses for projects to promote social reintegration of workers into society (including the costs required for the business of paying the benefits that the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 51 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007))".
附則第五十一条の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた給付金に要する費用に関する附則第百三十六条の規定による改正後の特別会計に関する法律の規定の適用については、同法第九十九条第一項第二号イ中「社会復帰促進等事業費」とあるのは、「社会復帰促進等事業費（雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）附則第五十一条の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた給付金を支給する事業に要する費用を含む。）」とする。
