第五十一条（労働者災害補償保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of benefits conducted as a project set forth in Article 29, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act prior to its amendment by Article 5, for which the reason for payment arose before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第五条の規定による改正前の労働者災害補償保険法第二十九条第一項第四号に掲げる事業として行われる給付金の支給であってその支給事由が施行日前に生じたものについては、なお従前の例による。
