第百四十二条（検討）
Approximately five years after this Act comes into effect, the government is to review the state of regulation based on the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act and other Acts as amended by this Act, taking into consideration the status of enforcement of this Act and other circumstances, and, if it finds it necessary, is to take required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況等を勘案し、この法律により改正された雇用保険法等の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
