第三条（第二条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the amounts of compensation payments for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work and payments for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act for which the grounds for payment arose before the date on which the provisions of Article 2 come into effect.
