Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Expansion of the Scope of Compulsorily Covered Businesses
第十二条（強制適用事業の範囲の拡大）
The government is to conduct research on efficient measures for making every business that is not a compulsorily covered business of industrial accident compensation insurance a compulsorily covered business, while also taking into consideration its relationship with other social insurance systems, with the aim of obtaining results within two years, and is to take necessary measures promptly based on the results.
政府は、労働者災害補償保険の強制適用事業とされていないすべての事業を強制適用事業とするための効率的方策について、他の社会保険制度との関連をも考慮しつつ、二年以内に成果を得ることを目途として調査研究を行ない、その結果に基づいて、すみやかに、必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
