第三条（給付に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern accident compensation relating to a cause prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (2) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act prior to amendment that arose before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に生じた改正前の労働者災害補償保険法第十二条第二項に規定する事由に係る災害補償については、なお従前の例による。
