附 則
This Act comes into effect on June 1, 1949. However, the provisions amending Article 3 apply from August 1, 1949.
この法律は、昭和二十四年六月一日から施行する。但し、第三条の改正規定は、昭和二十四年八月一日から適用する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect.
この法律施行前になした行為に関する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
