附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1948.
この法律は、昭和二十三年七月一日から、これを施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern accident compensation for accidents that occurred before this Act comes into effect.
この法律施行前に発生した事故に対する災害補償に関しては、なお従前の例による。
