Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2026.
この法律は、令和八年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 125, paragraph (3) and Article 132 of the School Education Act as amended by this Act apply to persons who enter a post-secondary course of a specialized training college on or after the day this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the qualification to enter the post-secondary course and the qualification to transfer to a university of persons who entered the post-secondary course of a specialized training college before the Effective Date.
この法律による改正後の学校教育法第百二十五条第三項及び第百三十二条の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）以後に専修学校の専門課程に入学する者について適用し、施行日前に専修学校の専門課程に入学した者に係る当該専門課程の入学資格及び大学の編入学資格については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Review
第三条（検討）
The government is to, with five years after this Act comes into effect as a target, review the state of enforcement of the provisions as amended by this Act, and if it finds it necessary, take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
