Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions amending Article 26: the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation
第二十六条の改正規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日
The provisions adding a paragraph to Article 56, the provisions amending Article 57, paragraph (3), the provisions adding a paragraph to Article 67, the provisions amending Articles 73-3 and 82-10, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 5 through 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2002
第五十六条に一項を加える改正規定、第五十七条第三項の改正規定、第六十七条に一項を加える改正規定並びに第七十三条の三及び第八十二条の十の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第五条から第十六条までの規定 平成十四年四月一日
