附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the respective dates set out in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に掲げる日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 2, the provisions of Article 3 (excluding the provisions listed in the following item and item (iii)), the provisions of Article 5 (excluding the provision amending Article 22 of the Special Act for Education Personnel), and the provisions of paragraphs (3) and (5) of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 1973.
