The administrative agency under this Act is the prefectural governor or minister specified in each of the following items in accordance with the category of management innovation plan listed in that item.
この法律における行政庁は、次の各号に掲げる経営革新計画の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める都道府県知事又は大臣とする。
A management innovation plan prepared independently by a person listed in Article 2, paragraph (5), items (i) through (vi) (referred to as an "individual specified business operator" in item (iii)): the governor of the prefecture whose area includes the location of the principal office of the person who prepared it;
第二条第五項第一号から第六号までに掲げる者（第三号において「個別特定事業者」という。）が単独で作成した経営革新計画 当該作成した者の主たる事務所の所在地を区域に含む都道府県の知事

A management innovation plan other than those listed in the preceding three items: the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and the minister with jurisdiction over the project for management innovation carried out in accordance with that management innovation plan.
When a prefectural governor has given approval under Article 14, paragraph (1) or Article 15, paragraph (1), the governor is to notify the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of the management innovation plan pertaining to that approval, as provided by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

事業協同組合、事業協同小組合、商工組合、協同組合連合会など特別の法律で設立された組合とその連合会のうち政令で定めるもので、定款に地区が定められているもののことです（第二条第五項第七号）。
