第二十六条（食品等の持続的な供給を実現するための食品等事業者による事業活動の促進及び食品等の取引の適正化に関する法律の特例）
Article 26Special Provisions for the Act on the Promotion of Business Activities by Food, etc. Business Operators and Ensuring Proper Transactions of Food, etc. for Realizing a Sustainable Supply of Food, etc.
The Organization for Promoting Sustainable Supply of Food, etc. designated pursuant to Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Business Activities by Food, etc. Business Operators and Ensuring Proper Transactions of Food, etc. for Realizing a Sustainable Supply of Food, etc. (Act No. 59 of 1991) may conduct the following services in addition to the services listed in the items of Article 23 of that Act:
食品等の持続的な供給を実現するための食品等事業者による事業活動の促進及び食品等の取引の適正化に関する法律（平成三年法律第五十九号）第二十二条第一項の規定により指定された食品等持続的供給推進機構は、同法第二十三条各号に掲げる業務のほか、次に掲げる業務を行うことができる。
guaranteeing obligations pertaining to borrowings of funds necessary for an approved management innovation project or a certified management capacity improvement project carried out by a person that engages in the business of producing, manufacturing, processing or selling food, etc. (meaning food, etc. prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Business Activities by Food, etc. Business Operators and Ensuring Proper Transactions of Food, etc. for Realizing a Sustainable Supply of Food, etc.; referred to as a "food, etc. manufacturer, etc." in the following item);
arranging necessary funds for a food, etc. manufacturer, etc. that carries out an approved management innovation project or a certified management capacity improvement project;
providing services incidental to those set forth in the preceding two items.
前二号に掲げる業務に附帯する業務を行うこと。
Where the services of the Organization for Promoting Sustainable Supply of Food, etc. are conducted pursuant to the preceding paragraph, with regard to the application of the provisions of the Act on the Promotion of Business Activities by Food, etc. Business Operators and Ensuring Proper Transactions of Food, etc. for Realizing a Sustainable Supply of Food, etc. listed in the left-hand column of the following table, the terms listed in the middle column of the same table in those provisions are deemed to be replaced with the terms listed in the right-hand column of the same table.

前項の規定により食品等持続的供給推進機構の業務が行われる場合には、次の表の上欄に掲げる食品等の持続的な供給を実現するための食品等事業者による事業活動の促進及び食品等の取引の適正化に関する法律の規定の適用については、これらの規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、同表の下欄に掲げる字句とする。
