収容令書が発付されたとき
当該被疑者を書類及び証拠物とともに入国警備官に引き渡す入国警備官に対し、当該被疑者を引き渡すとともに、書類及び証拠物並びに電磁的記録を提供する措置if a written detention order has been issued: the measure of handing over the suspect to an immigration control officer
together withand providing the documents and articles of evidence, and electronic or magnetic records, to the officer; or - 改正第六十五条第一項第二号
第四十四条の二第七項に規定する監理措置決定がされたとき 当該被疑者を釈放する措置並びに
書類及び証拠物を入国警備官に引き渡す入国警備官に対し、書類及び証拠物並びに電磁的記録を提供する措置if a decision on supervision measures prescribed in Article 44-2, paragraph (7) has been made: the measure of releasing the suspect and the measure of
handing overproviding the documents and articles of evidence, and electronic or magnetic records, to an immigration control officer.
