第六十五条（刑事訴訟法の特例）

第四十四条の二第七項に規定する監理措置決定がされたとき 当該被疑者を釈放する措置並びに入国警備官に対し、書類及び証拠物
を入国警備官に引き渡す並びに電磁的記録を提供する措置if a decision on supervision measures prescribed in Article 44-2, paragraph (7) has been made: the measure of releasing the suspect and the measure of
handing overproviding the documents and evidence and electronic or magnetic records to an immigration control officer.
