When a federation is dissolved, except in the case of dissolution due to an order commencing bankruptcy proceedings, the president, the vice presidents, and the directors become its liquidators; provided, however, that this does not apply where the constitution provides otherwise or where the general meeting has elected persons other than the president, the vice presidents, and the directors.
連合会が解散したときは、破産手続開始の決定による解散の場合を除き、会長、副会長及び理事がその清算人となる。ただし、規約に別段の定めがあるとき、又は総会において会長、副会長及び理事以外の者を選任したときは、この限りでない。

健康保険組合連合会（以下「連合会」という。）の設立に要する費用は、連合会が負担するものとする。ただし、連合会が成立しなかった場合においては、その費用は、その設立の認可の申請をした健康保険組合の負担とする。
