第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 58-7 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" in this Article and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions) do not apply to an offer to enter into a sales contract received, before this Act comes into effect, by a person equivalent to a buyer prescribed in Article 58-4 of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (referred to as a "pre-amendment buyer" in paragraphs (3) and (4)).
The provisions of Article 58-8 and Article 58-16 of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply to a sales contract concluded before this Act comes into effect.
新特定商取引法第五十八条の八及び第五十八条の十六の規定は、この法律の施行前に締結された売買契約については、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 58-9, Article 58-11, Article 58-11-2 and Article 58-15 of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply to a sales contract, in the case where the sales contract pertaining to an offer received by a pre-amendment buyer before this Act comes into effect is concluded after this Act comes into effect, or to a sales contract concluded before this Act comes into effect.
新特定商取引法第五十八条の九、第五十八条の十一、第五十八条の十一の二及び第五十八条の十五の規定は、この法律の施行前に旧購入業者が受けた申込みに係る売買契約がこの法律の施行後に締結された場合におけるその売買契約又はこの法律の施行前に締結された売買契約については、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 58-14 of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions do not apply to an offer to enter into a sales contract received by a pre-amendment buyer before this Act comes into effect, or to a sales contract, in the case where the sales contract pertaining to that offer is concluded after this Act comes into effect, or to a sales contract concluded before this Act comes into effect.
新特定商取引法第五十八条の十四の規定は、この法律の施行前に旧購入業者が受けた売買契約の申込み若しくはその申込みに係る売買契約がこの法律の施行後に締結された場合におけるその売買契約又はこの法律の施行前に締結された売買契約については、適用しない。
The competent minister specified in Article 67, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions may, even before the date on which this Act comes into effect, consult with the Consumer Commission and the Consumer Affairs Council, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, for the purpose of planning the enactment of a Cabinet Order under Article 58-4 or Article 58-17, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
新特定商取引法第六十七条第一項第六号に定める主務大臣は、この法律の施行の日前においても新特定商取引法第五十八条の四又は第五十八条の十七第二項第二号の政令の制定の立案のために、政令で定めるところにより、消費者委員会及び消費経済審議会に諮問することができる。
