第二条（国民年金法等による年金たる給付等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 7-2, Article 8-2, Article 27-2, Article 28-2, Article 29-2, Article 52-2, Article 53-2, and Article 54-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. after the revision under Article 1 apply to benefits in the form of a pension under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) (excluding the additional pension) paid for months from and after October 2013, benefits in the form of a pension prescribed in Article 32, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985; hereinafter referred to as the "1985 Amendment Act" in this Article and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions), insurance benefits in the form of a pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954), insurance benefits in the form of a pension prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (1) and Article 87, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, benefits that are a pension prescribed in Article 16, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act to Abolish, etc. the Mutual Aid Association Act for Personnel of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations, etc., for the Purpose of Integrating the Employees' Pension Insurance System and the Mutual Aid Association System for Personnel of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "2001 Integration Act" in this Article and the following Article), the special disability pension under the Mutual Aid Association for Personnel of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations prescribed in Article 45, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act, and the special survivors' pension under the Mutual Aid Association for Personnel of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Organizations prescribed in Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2001 Integration Act (hereinafter referred to as "pension benefits under the National Pension Act, etc." in this Article), and with respect to pension benefits under the National Pension Act, etc. paid for months before that month, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第七条の二、第八条の二、第二十七条の二、第二十八条の二、第二十九条の二、第五十二条の二、第五十三条の二及び第五十四条の二の規定は、平成二十五年十月以後の月分として支給される国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）による年金たる給付（付加年金を除く。）、国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和六十年法律第三十四号。以下この条及び附則第六条において「昭和六十年改正法」という。）附則第三十二条第一項に規定する年金たる給付、厚生年金保険法（昭和二十九年法律第百十五号）による年金たる保険給付、昭和六十年改正法附則第七十八条第一項及び第八十七条第一項に規定する年金たる保険給付、厚生年金保険制度及び農林漁業団体職員共済組合制度の統合を図るための農林漁業団体職員共済組合法等を廃止する等の法律（以下この条及び次条において「平成十三年統合法」という。）附則第十六条第一項及び第二項に規定する年金である給付、平成十三年統合法附則第四十五条第一項に規定する特例障害農林年金並びに平成十三年統合法附則第四十六条第一項に規定する特例遺族農林年金（以下この条において「国民年金法等による年金たる給付等」という。）について適用し、同月前の月分として支給される国民年金法等による年金たる給付等については、なお従前の例による。
