Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Concerning Voluntary Withdrawal from the National Pension
第十三条（国民年金の任意脱退に関する経過措置）
If a person who lost status as an insured person of the National Pension with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 2 falls, as of the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act, that person acquires status as an insured person of the National Pension as of the effective date; provided, however, that this does not apply if that person acquires status as an insured person of the National Pension pursuant to the provisions of Article 8 of the National Pension Act as of the effective date.
第二条の規定による改正前の国民年金法第十条第一項の規定による厚生労働大臣の承認を受けて国民年金の被保険者の資格を喪失した者が、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）において国民年金法第七条第一項第一号に該当するときは、その者は、施行日に、国民年金の被保険者の資格を取得する。ただし、その者が、施行日に、国民年金法第八条の規定により国民年金の被保険者の資格を取得するときは、この限りでない。
The period during which a person was not treated as an insured person of the National Pension based on the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 2 is, in the case of applying the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 2, included in the credited period.
第二条の規定による改正前の国民年金法第十条第一項の規定による厚生労働大臣の承認に基づき国民年金の被保険者とされなかった期間は、第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法附則第九条第一項の規定を適用する場合にあっては、合算対象期間に算入する。
The calculation of the period included in the credited period pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is governed by the example of the provisions of Article 11 of the National Pension Act.
