Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of February 1, 1987; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified in the respective items:
この法律は、昭和六十二年二月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Article 1 amending the proviso to Article 7, paragraph (3) and Article 14 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the provisions of that Article adding one Article after Article 14 of that Act and the provisions of that Article amending Article 22-2, paragraph (2) and Article 25, paragraph (1) of that Act; the provisions of Article 2 adding one Article after Article 4 of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, the provisions of that Article amending Article 12, paragraph (3) of that Act (limited to the parts replacing "(Article 20, paragraph (1)" with "(Article 20, paragraph (1), item (i)" and "'adjustment rate'" with "'Type I adjustment rate'") and the provisions of that Article amending Article 20, paragraph (1) of that Act; and the provisions of the following Article, Articles 5 through 8 and Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1987.
