Supplementary Provisions, Article 57
第五十七条
The Workers' Accident Relief Liability Insurance Act is abolished.
労働者災害扶助責任保険法は、これを廃止する。
With regard to the payment of insurance proceeds for accidents which occurred before the enforcement of this Act and the premiums pertaining to periods before the enforcement of this Act, the former Act continues to govern.
この法律施行前に発生した事故に対する保険給付及びこの法律施行前の期間に属する保険料に関しては、なお旧法による。
With regard to the punishment of a person to whom the penal provisions of the former Act should have been applied before the enforcement of this Act, the former Act continues to govern.
この法律施行前の旧法の罰則を適用すべきであつた者についての処罰については、なお旧法による。
Premiums pertaining to the period after the enforcement of this Act which have already been paid by a person who, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, has actually concluded an insurance contract with the government for workers' accident relief liability insurance may be appropriated to the premiums of this insurance.
この法律施行の際、労働者災害扶助責任保険につき現に政府と保険契約を締結してゐる者が既に払込んだこの法律施行後の期間に属する保険料は、この保険の保険料に、これを充当することができる。
In addition to what is prescribed in the preceding three paragraphs, the particulars necessary upon the abolition of the former Act are prescribed by order.
前三項に定めるものの外、旧法廃止の際必要な事項は、命令で、これを定める。
