Article 35Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 23, Paragraph (2), Item (i) of the Act
第三十五条（法第二十三条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定めるもの）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 23, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Act are as follows:
法第二十三条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定めるものは、次のとおりとする。
a person who has separated from service accompanying insolvency (meaning an application for the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings, rehabilitation proceedings, reorganization proceedings or special liquidation, or the fact referred to in the preceding Article);
倒産（破産手続開始、再生手続開始、更生手続開始若しくは特別清算開始の申立て又は前条の事実をいう。）に伴い離職した者
a person who has separated from service because a notification of a large fluctuation in employment pertaining to separation under Article 27, paragraph (1) of the Act on Comprehensively Advancing Labor Measures, and Stabilizing the Employment of Workers, and Enriching Workers' Vocational Lives (Act No. 132 of 1966) was made at a place of business, and a person who has separated from service because insured persons exceeding the number obtained by dividing by three the number of insured persons employed by that employer (excluding specially insured persons in short-term employment and insured day workers; hereinafter the same in this Article) separated from service;
事業所において、労働施策の総合的な推進並びに労働者の雇用の安定及び職業生活の充実等に関する法律（昭和四十一年法律第百三十二号）第二十七条第一項の規定による離職に係る大量の雇用変動の届出がされたため離職した者及び当該事業主に雇用される被保険者（短期雇用特例被保険者及び日雇労働被保険者を除く。以下この条において同じ。）の数を三で除して得た数を超える被保険者が離職したため離職した者
a person who has separated from service accompanying the abolition of a place of business (including the case where the business activities of that place of business have ceased with no prospect of resuming, but excluding abolition due to the end of the period in a business whose period is scheduled);
事業所の廃止（当該事業所の事業活動が停止し、再開する見込みがない場合を含み、事業の期間が予定されている事業において当該期間が終了したことによるものを除く。）に伴い離職した者
a person who has separated from service because commuting became difficult due to the relocation of a place of business.
