第四条（検討）
The government is to review the system for enabling the person making the offer, etc. prescribed in Article 58-14, paragraph (1) of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions to reliably recover or retain possession of the goods connected with the door-to-door purchase prescribed in Article 58-4 of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, in the case where that person making the offer, etc. cancels the sales contract under the provisions of that paragraph, and is to take the necessary measures based on the result of that review.
政府は、新特定商取引法第五十八条の十四第一項に規定する申込者等が同項の規定による売買契約の解除をした場合において当該申込者等が新特定商取引法第五十八条の四に規定する訪問購入に係る物品の占有を確実に回復し又は保持することができるようにするための制度について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
The government is to review the state of enforcement of the provisions of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, when three years have passed since this Act came into effect, and if it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the result of that review.
