Supplementary Provisions
附 則
This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1953; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 4 amending Article 31 of the School Education Act come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和二十八年九月一日から施行する。但し、第四条中学校教育法第三十一条の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Permits, authorizations and other dispositions, or applications, notifications and other procedures, made pursuant to the provisions of the laws and regulations then in force before this Act comes into effect are deemed to be dispositions or procedures made pursuant to the corresponding provisions after amendment, respectively.
この法律施行前従前の法令の規定によりなされた許可、認可その他の処分又は申請、届出その他の手続は、それぞれ改正後の相当規定に基いてなされた処分又は手続とみなす。
Organs or staff established pursuant to the provisions of the laws and regulations then in force at the time this Act comes into effect are deemed to have been established pursuant to the corresponding provisions after amendment, respectively.
この法律施行の際従前の法令の規定により置かれている機関又は職員は、それぞれ改正後の相当規定に基いて置かれたものとみなす。
