労働安全衛生規則等の一部を改正する省令

改正 1か所・附則 3か所

改正第三十四条の二第十三項第一号
労働安全衛生規則（昭和四十七年労働省令第三十二号）第四十四条第一項第一号から第三号まで、第五号及び第八号から第十一二号までに掲げる項目（同項第三号に掲げる項目にあつては、視力及び聴力の検査を除く。）
The items listed in items (i) through (iii), item (v) and items (viii) through (xixii) of paragraph (1) of Article 44 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 32 of 1972) (for the item listed in item (iii) of that paragraph, excluding the examination of visual acuity and hearing)

附則（経過措置など）の改正 3か所

新設附則第一条第一項
この省令は、令和九年四月一日から施行する。
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect on April 1, 2027.

新設附則第五条第一項
この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令（次項において「旧省令」という。）の規定によりされている報告は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令の規定による報告とみなす。
A report that has been made pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Ordinances prior to amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance (referred to as the "former Ministerial Ordinances" in the following paragraph) at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect is deemed to be a report made pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Ordinances as amended by this Ministerial Ordinance.

新設附則第六条第一項
この省令の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
