第六条（労働契約の成立）
Article 6Establishment of a Labor Contract
労働契約は、労働者が使用者に使用されて労働し、使用者がこれに対して賃金を支払うことについて、労働者及び使用者が合意することによって成立する。
A labor contract is established by agreement between a Worker and an Employer on the basis that the Worker will work by being employed by the Employer and the Employer will pay wages for such work.
