An arbitral tribunal may provide a reasonable period and order the parties to prepay the amount provided by the arbitral tribunal as the estimated amount of the expenses for the arbitration procedure, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
仲裁廷は、当事者間に別段の合意がない限り、仲裁手続の費用の概算額として仲裁廷の定める金額について、相当の期間を定めて、当事者に予納を命ずることができる。
If an arbitral tribunal ordered the prepayment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the prepayment has not been made, it may suspend or end the arbitral procedure, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
