An arbitrator may receive compensation as provided by the agreement of the parties.
仲裁人は、当事者が合意により定めるところにより、報酬を受けることができる。
If an agreement referred to in the preceding paragraph has not been reached, the arbitral tribunal is to decide on the compensation for the arbitrator. In this case, the compensation must be a reasonable amount.
