Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions revising Article 64, paragraph (2) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions in Article 1 (limited to the part adding ", Article 13, paragraph (2)" after "Article 6, paragraph (4)"), and the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article, Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
the provisions deleting the caption of Article 59 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and adding a caption before that Article, the provisions revising that Article, and the provisions adding one Article after that Article, in Article 1, and the provisions of paragraph (2) of the following Article: the day on which 20 days have passed from the date of promulgation
第一条中特定商取引に関する法律第五十九条の見出しを削り、同条の前に見出しを付する改正規定、同条の改正規定及び同条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに次条第二項の規定 公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日
