第五条（検討）
The government is to review the provisions of the new Act on Specified Commercial Transactions about five years after this Act comes into effect, in response to changes in circumstances concerning commercial transactions connected with the daily life of citizens and other changes in the economic and social environment, and is to take the necessary measures based on the result of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、国民の日常生活に係る商取引に関する事情その他の経済的社会的環境の変化に応じ、新特定商取引法の規定に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
