Article 106-6Special Rules for Persons Who Have Held Only an Individual Number Card Bearing a License Information Record
第百六条の六（免許情報記録個人番号カードのみを有していた者の特則）
When a license is granted, pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article, to a person who has held only an Individual Number Card bearing a license information record for a license revoked pursuant to Article 104-4, paragraph (2), the license is deemed to have been granted, notwithstanding Article 92, paragraph (1), by the rewriting of the license information record under Article 106-4, paragraph (2).
