Article 107Special Rules for Persons Having Neither a License nor an Individual Number Card Bearing a License Information Record
第百七条（免許証及び免許情報記録個人番号カードのいずれをも有しない者の特則）
A person who has had an Individual Number Card bearing a license information record in respect of the license the person currently holds (other than a provisional license) and who has come to have neither a license nor an Individual Number Card bearing a license information record, due to deletion of the license information record pursuant to Article 103-2, paragraph (4) or Article 106-4, paragraph (1), item (ii) or other circumstances, is deemed to be a person who continues to have the Individual Number Card bearing a license information record that the person most recently had, and the provisions of Article 95-2, paragraph (11), Article 95-5, paragraphs (2) and (3), Articles 101 through 101-4 (other than Article 101-2-2, paragraph (3)), Article 101-4-2, paragraph (3) and Article 105 apply to that person. In such a case, the phrase "rewriting the license information record recorded on the Individual Number Card bearing a license information record that the person seeking that renewal currently has" in Article 101-4-2, paragraph (3) is deemed to be replaced with "issuing to the person seeking that renewal a document certifying that the renewal has been made".
現に受けている免許（仮免許を除く。）について免許情報記録個人番号カードを有していた者であつて、第百三条の二第四項又は第百六条の四第一項第二号の規定による免許情報記録の抹消を受けたことその他の事情により免許証及び免許情報記録個人番号カードのいずれをも有しない者となつたものについては、その直近において有していた免許情報記録個人番号カードを引き続き有している者とみなして、第九十五条の二第十一項、第九十五条の五第二項及び第三項、第百一条から第百一条の四まで（第百一条の二の二第三項を除く。）、第百一条の四の二第三項並びに第百五条の規定を適用する。この場合において、第百一条の四の二第三項中「が現に有する免許情報記録個人番号カードに記録された免許情報記録を書き換えて」とあるのは、「に対し、当該更新をした旨を証する書面を交付して」とする。
