Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 23Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Income Tax Act
第二十三条（所得税法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 225, paragraph (1), item (viii) of the Income Tax Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part concerning the fees prescribed in that item) apply to such fees payable on or after the effective date.
前条の規定による改正後の所得税法第二百二十五条第一項第八号の規定（同号に規定する手数料に係る部分に限る。）は、施行日以後に支払うべき当該手数料について適用する。
