Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect.
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Delegation to Cabinet Order
第四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding two Articles, matters necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
前二条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
