The remuneration committee must comply with the policy under the preceding paragraph in order to make decisions under the provisions of Article 404, paragraph (3).
If the remuneration committee uses what is set forth in the following items as the individual remunerations of executive officers, etc., it must decide the matters provided for in each of the item as the contents thereof; provided, however, that the remunerations for individual accounting advisors must be that set forth in item (i):
