第六条（検討）
The government is to review the state of enforcement of the provisions revised by the amending provisions listed in sub-items (a) and (b) of that item, when two years have passed after the enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, and if it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the result of that review.
The government is to review the state of enforcement of the provisions revised by this Act, beyond what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, when five years have passed after this Act comes into effect, and if it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the result of that review.
政府は、前項に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
