With regard to public vocational training, etc. directed by the chief of the Public Employment Security Office before the effective date, the provisions of the proviso to Article 33, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 37-4, paragraph (5) of the new Employment Insurance Act) do not apply.
