Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1997.
この法律は、平成九年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 125Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Insurance Act
第百二十五条（雇用保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to benefits for unemployment, etc. for grounds for paying benefits for unemployment, etc. that arose before the effective date with respect to members of a former applicable corporation mutual aid association, the provisions of Article 3-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the preceding Article remain in force.
旧適用法人共済組合の組合員に係る施行日前に生じた失業等給付を支給すべき事由に関する失業等給付については、前条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法附則第三条の二の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
