Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2005.
この法律は、平成十七年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of Basic Childcare Leave Benefits and Return-to-Work Benefits for Persons on Childcare Leave under the Employment Insurance
第四条（雇用保険の育児休業基本給付金及び育児休業者職場復帰給付金の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the calculation of the amount of the basic childcare leave benefits and the return-to-work benefits for persons on childcare leave pertaining to leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by Article 2 that was commenced before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業であって施行日前に開始されたものに係る育児休業基本給付金及び育児休業者職場復帰給付金の額の算定については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of Nursing Care Leave Benefits under the Employment Insurance
第五条（雇用保険の介護休業給付金の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the calculation of the amount of the nursing care leave benefits pertaining to leave prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act that was commenced before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
雇用保険法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する休業であって施行日前に開始されたものに係る介護休業給付金の額の算定については、なお従前の例による。
