Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 1976; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 10 and Articles 4 through 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和五十一年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第十条及び附則第四条から第六条までの規定は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
