附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2011; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article, Article 3, paragraphs (1) through (4) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions adding one paragraph after row 71 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Articles 9 and 14 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成二十三年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次条及び附則第三条第一項から第四項までの規定、附則第八条中住民基本台帳法（昭和四十二年法律第八十一号）別表第一の七十一の項の次に一項を加える改正規定並びに附則第九条及び第十四条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Insurance Act
第五条（雇用保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 66, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to the amount to be borne by the national treasury for fiscal year 2011 and subsequent fiscal years.
前条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法第六十六条第一項の規定は、平成二十三年度以後の年度に係る国庫の負担額について適用する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
