Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures for the Exploitation of a Work Based on a Compulsory License
第三条（裁定による著作物の利用等についての経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 67 and 67-2 of the new Act (including cases where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the Copyright Act) apply to a person that files an application for a compulsory license as referred to in Article 67, paragraph (1) of the new Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the Copyright Act) on or after the effective date; and prior laws continue to govern with respect to a person that files an application for a compulsory license as referred to in Article 67, paragraph (1) of the former Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the Copyright Act) before the effective date.
