第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date fixed by Cabinet Order within nine months from the date of its promulgation (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date").
この法律は、公布の日から起算して九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
