①When granting a different type of license prescribed in Article 92, paragraph (2) to a person who has a license and an Individual Number Card bearing a license information record, a public safety commission is to carry out the issuance of the license for that different type of license pursuant to paragraph (1) of that Article, and also the rewriting of the license information record pursuant to Article 92, paragraph (2) as applied by replacing terms pursuant to the preceding Article.

②When, with respect to a person who has a license and an Individual Number Card bearing a license information record, a public safety commission has attached conditions to a license (excluding a provisional license; the same applies in this paragraph and paragraph (1) of the following Article) or changed the conditions attached to a license pursuant to Article 91 or Article 91-2, paragraph (2), it is to enter the particulars relating to those conditions pursuant to Article 93, paragraph (2), and also record the particulars relating to those conditions pursuant to Article 93, paragraph (2) as applied by replacing terms pursuant to the preceding Article.
