Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 122Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第百二十二条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Benefits in the form of a pension on the grounds of old age or retirement as provided for in these Supplementary Provisions are, for the purpose of applying Article 8-2, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act, deemed to be benefits in the form of a pension paid on the grounds of old age or retirement under the laws and regulations listed in the items of that paragraph.
この附則に規定する老齢又は退職を事由とする年金である給付は、国民健康保険法第八条の二第一項の規定の適用については、同項各号に掲げる法令に基づく老齢又は退職を支給事由とする年金たる給付とみなす。
