Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1976; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 amending Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Mariners Insurance Act and the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on August 1 of the same year, and the provisions of Article 3 and Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和五十一年七月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条中船員保険法第四条第一項の改正規定及び附則第三条第二項の規定は同年八月一日から、第三条及び附則第九条の規定は公布の日から施行する。
