Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 4 through 6 and Articles 8 through 13 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 2003.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第四条から第六条まで及び第八条から第十三条までの規定は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。
